Whether your travel to Maui includes a  stay at the Hyatt Regency, with its indoor rainforest or the Kaanapali Beach Resort, the drive to Hana Bay is just as magnificant.  Hana Bay is the most remote spot on the island, travel an exciting 52 mile drive along Maui's northern shore.
The road is very narrow, winding around the magnificant cliffs with breathtaking views of the sea.  There are places to stop along the way to view and take pictures of the many cascading pristine waterfalls and all the beautiful flowers and foilage.

Upon your arrival you will find a large, black sand beach that is the result of lava eroding and washing into the ocean from a nearby stream.  You can enjoy a picnic here or just stand on the pier and watch the sun in its spendor.  This area is well protected and is usually a very safe place to swim.

When you get back to your hotel you can purchase a T-shirt that says, "I Survived The Drive To Hana Bay".  I have traveled the road to Hana and I can tell you that it is a once in a lifetime travel experience.

Kiss The Blarney Stone

One legend has it that the Blarney Stone was the rock that Moses struck with his staff to produce water for the Israelites during their exodus from Egypt.  The are many other legends, but near the city of Cork, in the village of Blarney is the castle of Blarney and every year more than 300,000 people travel there just to kiss the Blarney Stone in hopes of gaining more eloquent speech.

Ireland is a country whose compelling history can be seen and imagined through its prehistoric monuments and awesome castles.  These scenic wonders tell tales of times gone by.  In some areas of Ireland the pace of life is slow and a very powerful beauty surrounds you.  Travel to Ireland and enjoy the music festivals in a land where music is part of the culture.

Ciao Baby! Travel To Italy

Whether you want  to throw three coins in the Trevi Fountain, visit the Forum, the Colosseum or Vatican City, Rome is the most popular tourist destination in Europe.  Enjoy a full seven course Italian dinner, which always begins and ends with fruit.  Visit the many street markets and buy just about anything for less than the asking price.  If you don't argue with an Italian vendor, it's considered an insult.

Traveling south from Rome, in the heel of the boot, you find the farm country.  It's just about like traveling back in time.  Instead of deer crossings, there are sheep crossings.  It is not uncommon to encounter several herds of sheep being escorted across the highway by their shepherd.

My first son was born in Italy. We lived in a small village on the Adriatic Sea, whose waters are crystal clear.  I always enjoyed getting up in the mornings and watching the fishermen leave to visit the sea.

The real Italian pizza is fantastic and nothing like what we have in this country.

Travel To The Sands At Los Cabos

Los Cabos truly offers a vacation paradise for everyone, with over 30 miles of beach, world-class hotels, and some of the best golf courses in North America.

There are over 500 fishing vessels waiting to take you where there are more varieties of big game fish than you can count.

Among the coves and inlets that dot Land's End, crystal clear water invites scuba divers and snorkelers to jump in and enjoy the view.

Whether your travel plans include surfing,  a picnic with the family or a walk with your sweetheart, there's a beach for you in Los Cabos.

If the pressures of life have left you looking for the perfect break, in Los Cabos, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific, you can travel to a place where you leave it all behind.

Travel To France

Visit the Eiffel Tower and get a spectacular 360 degree panoramic tour of Paris.  This capital city is bursting with activity for everyone.

Enjoy Le Dauphin, a turn of the century cafe outside Andre Malraux Square.  Taste the memorable desserts like hot prune pie with Armagnac and compliment it with a cup of Expresso or other coffees standard to this cafe.

Make sure your travel to France includes a visit to the south of France inspired by Picasso and the other great artists who lived and worked there.

The Acropolis was completed in 432 just before the outbreak of the Peloponnesian wars. This is one historical site you just can't miss.

Travel to the ancient city of Corinth, about 48 miles west of Athens, and marvel at the sites of this ancient city. Walk through the ruins of the Temple of Apollo and stand on the rock path walked by the Apostle Paul.  Sit in the theater at Ephesus and be amazed by what you see and hear.

Athens, more than any other European city, is famous for its nightlife. Athens by night totally changes.

Travel To New Zealand

Wellington is the capital city of New Zealand and is the cultural center of the country.  The sprawling harbor and the dramatic, hilly terrain will attract any visitor's attention.  No matter where you go, the sounds and smell of the ocean are in the air.  The green hills and valleys will embrace you.  Night life in Wellington is like no other in the world.  Wellington boasts of the best museums, art galleries and coffee houses in the country.
